Crikey, we're off to North Queensland! Our trip to Cairns.

During the July winter holidays, Beth and I ventured off to North Queensland to the city of Cairns, home to the Great Barrier Reef and Rainforests. It was supposed to be nice and tropical, but was experiencing a "cool" spell. The mornings and evenings we needed to wear a jumper (fleece) but the day warmed up. Was still a bit chilly in the water when snorkeling, but warmer than Perth! Because of COVID and staff shortages and school holidays, the airports were in disarray. Many people had flights delayed if not cancelled altogether. We were delayed a day, but managed to get there and back.

I hope you enjoy this series of videos. It might take a bit of time to get them all done as I am about to start school back up, but I will do my best. Send me a thumbs up if you enjoy them! Cheers.

I can't watch the video yet as my family is asleep, but is that a real alligator coming out of the water? I have to know!
