It's spring holidays, September and I decided to go north! I wanted to go as far as Karratha, but it was too far for this trip, so I ended up going to Monkey Mia at Shark Bay to see the famous Dolphins. These Dolphins have been coming into the bay for many years and now the original dolphins offspring are coming back. They come into the bay around 8am every morning and are fed fish, but they aren't really coming in for the fish but it seems like they just like human company. They were certainly worth the trip.
I was hoping to get away from people, but I wasn't able to (mainly because it was school holidays, but also because there are just more people traveling around the state). Still, there were plenty of open spaces and long distances to cover, and the stars were magnificent. Enjoy!
